1. What do I need to rent items?

All rentals require:

  • A valid credit card and completion of our Credit Card Authorization Form & Rental Agreement before pickup or delivery
  • A government-issued ID (driver’s license) for pickup orders

2. Is there a damage fee?

Yes. All rentals include a mandatory 10% non-refundable damage fee.
This fee covers minor wear and tear, such as small scratches.
It does NOT cover:

  • Loss or theft
  • Major damage
  • Vandalism
  • Improper handling
  • Damage caused by third parties

If an item is lost or damaged beyond minor wear, replacement charges will apply.

3. What happens if I return my rental late?

Late returns are subject to daily late fees based on the item rented.
Your credit card on file will be charged for each overdue day until the items are returned.

4. What if an item arrives damaged or something is missing?

You must notify us immediately upon pickup or delivery by calling 416-504-2808.
Failure to report issues right away means you may be held responsible.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation fees apply:

  • More than 2 weeks before pickup/delivery: 5% admin fee (min. $35)
  • Less than 2 weeks: 50% cancellation charge
  • After final confirmation: 100% cancellation charge
  • Unused items: No refunds for rental items returned unused

6. Do I need to clean items before returning them?

Yes. All rentals must be returned in the same condition as received.
Cleaning fees may apply if items are returned dirty or improperly packed.

7. What are your pickup and return hours?

  • Mon–Fri: 10 AM – 4 PM
    Returns outside these hours are inspected within 48 hours.
    Regular pickups are inspected within 24 hours.

8. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees are based on the city/location:

Delivery Disclaimer

  • Rush deliveries (same-day or urgent requests) are billed at custom rates based on availability, timing, and location.
  • Deliveries required outside our standard 10 AM – 4 PM delivery window are considered after-hours and are subject to additional custom fees.
  • All custom delivery fees will be quoted prior to booking.

Customer Responsibility During Delivery

  • Someone must be on-site during the delivery window if signature is required.
  • If no one is present and we cannot complete delivery, a return fee or re-delivery fee may apply.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying all items upon arrival.
    Pickup Requirements
  • All items must be packed and ready at the agreed pickup time.
  • Missing or damaged items may result in additional charges.
  • If items are not ready, a waiting fee or second pickup charge will apply.

9. Do you deliver inside homes?

For safety and insurance reasons:

  • We deliver to the front door, porch, garage, or ground floor only.
  • No upstairs, basement, or room-to-room delivery is included unless arranged in advance.

10. What is my responsibility as the renter?

You are responsible for:

  • The rented equipment from pickup/delivery until return
  • Proper use, care, and safekeeping
  • Preventing misuse, vandalism, or damage
  • Ensuring safe use of the equipment
  • Reporting accidents/damage immediately
